These Terms govern your use of the Saumya app. By using Saumya you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. Questions? Email hello@mrbooz.com.

What Saumya is

Saumya helps you notice how you feel over time, understand PCOS in plain language, and prepare for conversations with your doctor. The information and AI‑generated reflections it provides are for general wellness and education only. They are not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health, and don’t disregard professional advice because of something in the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Saumya.

Subscriptions and purchases

Saumya Plus is an auto‑renewing subscription (offered monthly and yearly). Optional one‑time purchases include Lifetime access and a Doctor Visit Pass.
Purchases are processed and billed by the app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store), subject to their terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then‑current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your app‑store account settings.
If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies.

Acceptable use

Use Saumya only for your personal, lawful use. Don’t attempt to break, misuse, reverse‑engineer, or disrupt the app or its services.

Your content

What you log is yours. You’re responsible for what you enter. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is protected (encrypted on your device before any backup, with a key we never hold).

Intellectual property

Saumya and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don’t grant you any right to our branding or content beyond using the app.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Saumya is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any health decisions you make, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.
